PRICES
All our prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is charged at the rate of ruling at the relevant tax date.
WARRANTY
Ready2Print uses only the best imaging supplies and
guarantees that the cartridge refilled by our company will perform as well
as the original manufacturers supplies under similar conditions. If you are
dissatisfied with the results of any of our refiled/remanufatured cartridges,
please return the cartridge together with the receipt or invoice and a test
print and Ready2Print will either repair the faulty cartridge, credit
the full amount against the cost of a new cartridge in exchange for the faulty
cartridge.
In the unlikely event of a claim that the Ready2Print cartridge caused
damage to the printing mechanism of your equipment, please obtain a written
statement from the manufacturer of the equipment stating how the Ready2Print refilled/remanufactured cartridge was responsible for the said damage.
Send this statement and the service invoice to us and Ready2Print will
reimburse the full amount of the repair charge for any such claim.
MONTHLY CREDIT ACCOUNT
To open a credit account we require the full completion
of the Ready2Print credit application form. This must include references
from two companies with whom you have credit facilities and the name and address
of your bank with account number and sort code. Upon receipt of satisfactory
references the account will be opened.
Unless otherwise stated our terms are net and payment is due no later than
30 days from the date of the invoice.
RETENTION OF GOODS
The title of the goods is reserved by Ready2Print until payment of the purchase price is made in full. Responsibility for maintenance and insurance passes to the buyer upon receipt of the goods.
CLAIMS AND ERRORS
If a package is received damaged, or there are shortages, the original packaging and the outer wrapping must be retained and the carrier or post office must be informed within 3 days from receipt of goods. Any new cartridge that has been opened in error cannot be credited.
